What changed, and why.

Backend and dashboard refactored
Refactored the backend into routers and expanded the frontend activities, certificates, dashboard, leads and pipeline components. - 02
broke
Pipeline API calls repaired
Fixed undefined API usage so pipeline leads could load, move stage, be created and be updated correctly.
Lessons learned
The notes I would use next time.
Starting with a problem I had lived made feature decisions much clearer.
The first authentication path was not production-ready.
Test the full follow-up workflow with engineers before widening the feature set.
