03 / What I learned
Notes worth carrying into the next build.
Start with a problem you have lived.
It cuts through feature noise and gives you a much better instinct for what “useful” actually means.
The first integration is rarely the finished integration.
Authentication and external services need real end-to-end testing, not confidence from a happy-path demo.
Put the tool in front of someone earlier.
A smaller tested workflow beats a broad feature list that has not survived a working day.
